Delivery Time
Unprinted items can be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Most printed stock items are available within 8 to 14 business days. An order only goes into production after the quote and proof have been approved. If you wait longer than 24 hours for approval, the delivery date will also be postponed.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal: this means that you can return your online purchase within 15 days of receipt without giving a reason and receive a full refund.
How does withdrawal work?
Notify us of your withdrawal within 15 days of receipt via our returns form or by contacting us. Please return the product in its original packaging within 15 days of your notification.
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the purchase price.
Please note: you are responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not always apply. Your statutory right of withdrawal expires in the following situations:
– The product is custom-made or clearly personalized with your logo or specific print.
– Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal is broken (e.g., printed drinking cups without foil).
– Clearly printed or designed products where the personalization makes the product unique.
This means that products with a logo, print, or specific personalization cannot be returned via withdrawal in most cases. Always check the product page or order confirmation for the specific return conditions.
Items with a logo or print
Products that we print or personalize for you are made especially for you. Because this involves additional labor and material costs, a different return procedure applies to these items:
